Kalbi Camdan - Swithcing on the immagination

-Can you tell us something about yourself?

I'm seventeen since 17 february. I love to play piano expecially on the concert or on the stage, I love nights too. I'm interested in music except the photography for 4 years. My connection with photography is different from the music's, I never left my photo machine and I usually speard the photography at my day. I'm the person who can try to do more art stuff in 24 hours in a day.

-When did you discover your passion for art?

When I was in preschool I always paint mermaid and everybody find it strange. But my teacher acclimate it after a while. There was a mermaid painting with my name on the board every week. After all of that I joined the kids teather department. I love the play little org which is given from my big sister. I had short-term guitar lessons and I met Umay Umay. She add the passion word at my art vision. She is the one who directed to me photographies and music.

- How do you create your works?

I take the pictures with no ideas about their last position. I don’t like the thinking while takeing picture. I feel the machine like one part of my body and then I take it in a camposition with my daily or weekly experiences. It happens like that.

-What are your main sources of inspirations?

My pain.

- Ci puoi raccontare qualcosa su di te?

Ho diciassette anni dal 17 febbraio. Amo suonare il piano, specialmente in concerto o sul palco, mi piacciono anche le notti. Sono interessato alla musica e alla fotografia da 4 anni. Sono legato alla fotografia in modo diverso che alla musica, non lascio mai la mia macchina foto. Sono la persona può fare più arte nell’arco delle 24 ore della giornata.

-Quando hai scoperto la tua passione per l’arte?

Quando ero alla scuola materna ho sempre dipinto le sirene e tutti le trovavano strane. Dopo un po’ la mia insegnante si è abituata. C’era una sirena nuova sulla cattedra ogni settimana. Dopo di che sono entrato a far parte di un gruppo di teatro per bambini. Per un po’ ho preso lezioni di chitarra e ho incontrato Umay Umay. Lei ha aggiunto la passione al mio modo di concepire l’arte. Lei è stata quella che mi ha indirizzato verso la fotografia e la musica.

- Come crei i tuoi lavori?

Faccio fotografie senza alcuna idea del risultato finale. Non mi piace pensare mentre scatto. Sento la macchina fotografica come parte del mio corpo e dopo la inserisco in una composizione assieme all’esperienza di un giorno o di una settimana. Più o meno succede così.

- Quali sono le tue principali fonti d’ispirazione?

Le mie sofferenze.

- Can you tell us something about yourself?

I'm Norvhic Austria from Philippines and I was born on September 17 1990. I'm an IT student. I like surreal artworks and photography.

- When did you discover your passion for art?

Drawing pictures using my pencil or pen have been my favorite past-time since childhood. But it was when I joined art related sites and start making my own digital artworks that I really got serious and passionate about art. Seeing different artworks by different artists around the world really motivated me to do better.

- How do you create your art works?

I create my artworks by combining pictures plus my imagination. I start making my artworks as soon as I think of a concept. I will first search pictures on sites which provide free stock images and then I combine the pictures together to make a new picture using some picture editing softwares.

- What are your main sources of inspirations?

Works of other artists, songs, movies and my own experiences.

- Ci puoi raccontare qualcosa su di te?

Io sono Norvhic Austria delle Filippine e sono nato il 17 settembre 1990. Studio IT (Information Technology). Mi piacciono le opere d’arte surreali e la fotografia.

- Quando hai scoperto la tua passione per l’arte?

Disegnare immagini usando la matita o la penna è stato il mio passatempo preferito fin dall’infanzia. Ma è stato quando mi sono iscritto a dei web site che si interessavano di arte e ho iniziato a fare i miei lavori digitali che la passione per l’arte è diventata una cosa seria. Vedere molti lavori di diversi artisti mi motiva a migliorarmi.

- Come crei i tuoi lavori?

Creo i miei lavori mettendo insieme immagini con la mia immaginazione. Inizio a lavorare appena penso ad un concetto. Per prima cosa cerco delle immagini nei siti che forniscono immagini gratuite, dopo di che le metto insieme con un software apposta.

- Quali sono le tue principali fonti d’ispirazione?

Lavori degli altri artisti, canzoni, film e la mia esperienza.

Erik Johansson - Walking through Wonderland

- Can you tell us something about yourself?

My name is Erik Johansson, I am a freelance photographer from Gothenburg, Sweden. I do both personal projects and commercial work, but the photos on my web site are all personal projects.

- When did you discover your passion for photography?

I got my first digital camera when I was 15, that is about 10 years ago. I have always been drawing as a way of expressing myself, but with the digital camera I started to modify the photos. It felt like a natural step for me but it was mostly basic stuff of my friends and family. That's how it all started.

- How do you create your works?

When I have come up with an idea the planing starts. Is this a good idea? Is it possible to realize? What do I need in terms of environment and people? This is actually the hardest part since the more you plan the better the end result will become. When I have found everything I need I take the photos I need and put it together in my computer. I have learned that ideas have to grow and take time, this process from idea to final result is usually between 1 week to several months.

- What are your main sources of inspirations?

When it comes to personal projects I usually don't try to come up with ideas, they usually find me. I get inspired by things around me in my daily life and all kinds of things I see, I always try to make sketches of the ideas I get. Every new project is a new challenge and my goal is to realize them as realistic as possible.

- Ci puoi raccontare qualcosa su di te?

Mi chiamo Erik Johansson, sono un fotografo freelance di Gothenburg, Svezia. Lavoro sia su commissione che a progetti personali, ma le foto che trovi sul mio sito sono tutti progetti personali.

- Quando hai scoperto la tua passione per la fotografia?

Quando avevo 15 anni ho comprato la mia prima macchina digitale, circa 10 anni fa. Ho sempre disegnato, lo trovo un modo per esprimermi, ma con la macchina digitale ho iniziato a modificare le foto. Per me è stato un passo naturale, all’inizio erano cose semplici come i miei amici o la mia famiglia. Così è iniziato tutto.

- Come crei i tuoi lavori?

Quando mi viene un’ idea il piano ha inizio. È una buona idea? È realizzabile? Cosa mi serve in termini di persone e ambiente? Questa è la parte più difficile, perché più pianifico nel dettaglio migliore sarà il risultato finale. Quando ho trovato tutto quello di cui ho bisogno, allora metto tutto assieme nel computer. Ho imparato che le idee devono crescere con il tempo, questo processo che va dall’idea al risultato finale di solito prende da una settimana a molti mesi.

- Quali sono le tue principali fonti d’ispirazione?

Di solito sono le idee a trovarmi non io a cercarle. Trovo ispirazione in molte cose che mi circondano: la vita quotidiana e cose che vedo. Cerco sempre di fare schizzi delle idee che ho. Ogni nuovo progetto è una nuova sfida e l’obiettivo e riuscire a realizzarlo nel modo più realistico possibile.
